Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving payment. Our shipping rates are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: £3.45 for orders under £15, free for orders over £15. Delivery time is typically 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions.

We ship all orders via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your delivery.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Please note that we do not ship our products internationally at this time.
